Where did we start from?

Our team had to deal with a challenge: we needed to realize an oven that should be easy to carry and able to meet the demands of a market giving a nod to Street Food granting quality and easiness. Our goal was to design a model to reproduce and market.

What has been the solution?

We designed EASY OVEN. Our Research & Development department has analyzed the demand, tackled critical issues, proposed a plan of action and realized a prototype of a removable and assemblable oven, and then filed a patent. Team work was the real linchpin: each one of us brought his own expertise, engineering ones or graphic skills to give birth to what was born originally as a sketch, letting it become a traditional oven, efficient and innovative in its kind. Every single detail has been studied keeping terms of sustainability clear in mind.

What has been the outcome?

EASY OVEN wood oven has been designed as a DIY oven, easy to assembly and providing high performances: you get the same results as a professional oven. It has been manufactured employing the best materials in order to ensure the maximum result with the lowest consumption of wood.
EASY OVEN products have been designed in 2 versions: “P” oven presenting refractory stone cooking chamber and “I” oven presenting stainless steel cooking chamber.
The “P” oven internal cooking chamber is designed to resist to temperatures up to 500°C, enabling you to exploit the heat for a very long time after heating phase.
“I” oven has a different purpose; it is excellent to place on garden, perfect if you need to get around frequently and it allows pizzeria owners to move their activity outdoor, outside the walls of their restaurant.
Stainless steel cooking chamber is designed to grant fast heating and rapid cooling. Residual ash is minimal, that way it’s easy to dispose of it and has a low impact on the environment. Our department has also designed “PANePIZZA food and truck” a movable trailer, which may be fully customized, providing an EASY OVEN wood oven with refractory stone cooking surface. In effect, we didn’t want to provide a simple product but a full customizing service.
