Our designers, which claim many years of experience, are able to develop recovery plans of waste energy sources and are specialized in designing combined heat and power systems, as well.

Our modus operandi includes a preliminary benefit-cost analysis of the existing situation, after that we evaluate the potential strategies (either already suggested by customer or submitted by our engineers) always keeping benefits and costs in mind.

Afterwards we match the before and the after and we compare consumption costs, operational costs, maintenance costs, which are all voices needed to define the technical economic feasibility of the intervention, by exploring each single metric, as for instance the ROI.

It is a technical analysis needed to identify any risks that may occur in the different phases of industrial machinery and plants lifecycle (assembly, use, maintenance, removal and dismantling) and that is necessary to take appropriate measure to prevent or reduce them.

In case they cannot be completely avoided, you will find in the Use and Maintenance manual the detailed rules to be followed in order to protect workers’ safety and keep your working place safe, as well. As producers, we ensure CE marking to all machinery we realize and we can support you while fulfilling the procedures required obtaining product certification by the relevant authorities.
